There are passive and one-on-one deathmatch options, which are triggered by pressing R1/RB and displayed as “Go Ghosted to Player X”. As soon as this option is selected, you and Player X will ghost each other for two minutes.

Can a player be ghosted 3 times in a row?
A player doesn’t get ghosted if he has been killed three times by the same player. If I’m not mistaken, you can go passive when the death/wasted screen is on, but neither of them would be able to kill or be killed by Person C.
